5O Soalan- Soalan Yang Biasanya Ditanya Semasa Interview
Kalau di lihat dan ditengok memang itulah soalan yang biasa ditanya semasa mula menghadiri interview dulu. Daripada 50 soalan ini 3- 4 soalan memang sah-sah kena jawab yang lain ikut mood interviewer tu. Maklumlah masa ‘fresh graduate’ kadang kita jawab pun ikut sedap gigi jer kan. Beginilah contoh soalan yg biasanya ditanya untuk adik-adik fresh graduate kita moga boleh membantu di dalam membuat persediaan.
· What are your long and short –range goals and objectives? When and why did you establish these goals, and how are you preparing to achieve them?
· What specific goals, other than those related to your occupation, have you established for your self over the next 10 years?
· What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
· What do you want to do in life?
· What are your long-range career objectives?
· How do you plan to achieve your career goals?
· What are the most important rewards you expect in your business career?
· What do you expect to be earning in five years?
· Why did you choose the career for which you are preparing?
· Which is more important to you, the money or the type of job?
· What are your greatest strengths and weakness?
· Describe yourself to me.
· How do you think a friend or professor who knows you well would describe you?
· What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort?
· How has your college experience prepared you for a business career?
· What changes would you make in your college or university? Why?
· What qualifications do you have that make you think you will be successful in business?
· How do you determine or evaluate success?
· What do you think it would take to be successful in our company?
· In what ways do you think you can make a contribution to our company?

Tapi banyak juga soalan yang tidak masuk akal yang akan ditanya masa pergi interview. Ikut pengalaman aku :
“ Awak ni muka macam pembangkang jer? Ahli **NO ker **S? Ini mesti sah pembangkang ni …. Bla bla bla ….”.
